SAMPLE 3: FONX GHOST & IPHONE 5
In this test report, Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) measurements for the mobile phone Apple iPhone 5 Model A1429 used with the cell phone case Fonx Ghost (Sample 3) are presented.
The measurements were made according to the EN 62209-2 standard for evaluating the SAR level attenuation provided by the case.

PRESENTATION OF EQUIPMENT FOR TESTING PURPOSES
The photographs of the mobile phone Apple iPhone 5 Model A1429 and the cell phone case Fonx Ghost (Sample 3) are shown below.
The standard used by the mobile phone for this test is the WCDMA in the 2100MHz frequency band, the antenna is integrated.
The intended use of the mobile phone for these measurements, as specified by the applicant, is to be worn against the body. The mobile phone with and without the case was placed against the flat phantom.
The case can be used in 1-Pocket and 2-Pocket as described below by the applicant.
